Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy (PBM) Product Analyst to drive end-to-end product implementations in healthcare. The role emphasizes relationship-building across business units, managing the full lifecycle, and ensuring readiness for releases in a fully remote, United States–based setting.

You will partner with engineering, architecture, and operations to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions while supporting customer success and product strategy.

Competenze

• 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of Pharmacy/PBM ecosystems.
• Experience implementing products from intake to delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions with data analysis.

• Develop and maintain relationships across product lines and stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation lifecycle from idea intake to delivery.
• Create and oversee product base configuration for claims processing.
• Provide oversight in demos to ensure operational readiness.
