Job summary

Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a Pharmacy (PBM) Product Analyst to oversee the full product lifecycle from requirements to go-live and partner with multiple business units to drive value.

You will collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams, manage environment readiness for releases, and translate complex business needs into technical solutions while focusing on measurable outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the entire lifecycle of products during project implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Develop and maintain relationships across product lines and with stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
• Oversee the implementation lifecycle from idea intake to delivery of new products or capabilities.
• Create and oversee product base configuration for claims processing systems.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams to address business problems.
