Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a seasoned Product Analyst for Pharmacy (PBM) to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of products during implementations. You will partner with multiple business units and cross-functional teams to drive delivery from intake through go-live, shaping roadmaps and ensuring operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy/PBM ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role.
• Ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units, ensuring effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, or offerings.
• Create, maintain, and oversee the product base configuration for claims processing system.
• Develop oversight in the demo environment to ensure operations readiness.
• Provide oversight to multiple implementations and ensure continuity between projects.
• Understand customer experiences to develop relationships and influence outcomes.
• Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups to inform roadmaps and strategy.
• Prioritize work to deliver impactful outcomes aligned with timelines and objectives.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams to address business problems.
