Job summary

Briljent is seeking a Clinical Domain Project Manager to lead pharmacy clinical initiatives in a Medicaid/PBM environment. This fully remote, 10-month engagement requires coordinating clinical, operational, and technical teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering defined business outcomes.

You will manage drug coverage administration, PDL, prior authorization programs, ePA, and DUR, with staffing and governance responsibilities across vendor partners and internal

Qualifications

• Seven+ years of project management experience in PBM or healthcare.
• Experience leading multi-workstream PBM/clinical projects.
• PMBOK-based project controls and RAID management.
• Experience with PDL, PA, ePA and DUR programs.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong governance and status reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy clinical projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design reviews, validation, testing, and implementation activities.
• Manage budgets, scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with Medicaid, CMS, PBMs, and state agencies.
