Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to optimize pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts and PBM programs. The ideal candidate will translate complex claims data into actionable insights to improve contract performance and pricing strategies.

The role collaborates with Finance, Underwriting, and Client Services to support contract reconciliation, audits, and RFP responses. A Bachelor’s degree and PBM/pharma experience are preferred; remote-friendly with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure the accuracy of contract processing and recommend optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support and work with cross-functional teams on pricing.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of financial guarantees.
• Serve as a liaison for client reporting and data analysis during audits.
