Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to support administration and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and contracting programs. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis of claims, contracts, and pricing to drive client outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience in PBM, managed care, or healthcare analytics, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure contract processing accuracy and establish recommendations for contract optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients, client renewals, and market checks.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client contract financial guarantees.
• Serve as a point of contact for client reporting, guarantee questions, and data analysis.
