Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to join our team, a remote role in the United States. This position focuses on PBM contracting, rebates, and analytics to optimize manufacturer discount programs.

The role requires translating complex data into actionable insights, supporting audits and reporting, and collaborating with Finance, Underwriting, and Client Services to manage pricing risk and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; pharmacy degree preferred.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Analytical, data-driven with attention to detail.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client setups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure contract processing accuracy.
• Provide RFP support and assist with pricing risk evaluation.
• Support contract review, data entry, and reconciliation of financial guarantees.
• Coordinate with Analytics on contract reporting environments.
• Lead government-related or regulated reporting for internal and client needs.
