Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to analyze claims data and manage contract reporting for pharmaceutical manufacturer discounts. The role supports RFPs, renewals, audits, and pricing risk management across client accounts.

The ideal candidate has a data-driven approach, experience with PBM contracts, and strong collaboration with Finance, Underwriting, and client services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Pharmacy technician license is preferred.
• 3–5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience is required.
• Experience with PBM, contract reporting, and analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client setups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of contract processing and provide recommendations.
• Support RFPs, client renewals, and market checks; collaborate with Finance and Underwriting teams.
• Assist with contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of contract guarantees.
• Coordinate with Analytics on contract reporting environments and new initiatives.
• Lead government-related or regulated reporting for internal use and client requirements.
