Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to join a team focused on optimizing pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and contracting programs. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis of PBM claims, contract compliance, and reporting to support pricing decisions and client needs.

Ideal candidates will have experience with pharmacy claims, manufacturer contracts, and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure the accuracy of contract processing and establish recommendations for contract optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients, client renewals, and market checks with finance and underwriting teams.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client contract guarantees.
• Understand client needs and facilitate successful delivery of information for decision-making.
• Serve as direct contact for client reporting, guarantee questions, and data analysis.
