Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to join our growing team. The role focuses on managing and optimizing contract discount programs with pharmaceutical manufacturers, ensuring accuracy of contract processing, and supporting pricing and reporting for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a data-driven mindset, experience in PBM/managed care, and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights for contract optimization and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of contract processing and establish recommendations for contract optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support, work with Finance and Underwriting to evaluate contracts and manage pricing risk.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client financial guarantees.
• Serve as a liaison for client reporting, reporting questions, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with Analytics on maintenance of contract reporting environments and new contract initiatives.
• Lead audits and coordinated government-related or regulated reporting for internal/client requirements.
• Review discount strategies and contracts to set up parameters in the processing system.
