Job summary

Lumicera seeks an Analyst, Contract Operations to support administration and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and contracting programs. The role emphasizes data-driven analysis of PBM contracts, pricing risk, and contract reporting to clients.

Ideal candidates will have experience in pharmacy benefit management, claims analysis, and regulatory or audit support, with strong analytical and communication skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Pharmacy technician license is preferred.
• 3–5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience is required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations and/or analytical experience is preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client specific setups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure accuracy of contract processing and recommended contract optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support and coordinate with Finance and Underwriting on pricing risk.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client contract guarantees.
• Coordinate with Analytics to maintain contract reporting environments and assist in new initiatives.
• Serve as subject matter expert for audits (internal, external, manufacturer, client, regulatory).
