Job summary

Lumicera is seeking an Analyst, Contract Operations to join our team. The role focuses on PBM contract management, rebate programs, and claims data analysis to optimize pricing and contract performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in managed care or PBM contracting, a Bachelor's degree, and pharmacy tech experience. You will support contract reconciliation, reporting, and client-facing analyses while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of managed care/PBM or pharmaceutical contracting experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and contracting potentials for client setups.
• Analyze claims data to verify contract processing accuracy and provide optimization recommendations.
• Support RFPs, renewals, and market checks; collaborate with Finance and Underwriting on pricing risk.
• Review and reconcile client contract financial guarantees and reporting.
• Coordinate with Analytics to maintain contract reporting environments and forecasting.
