Qualifications

• Fluent German required; English or Hungarian also advantageous.
• 5–7 years of international payroll experience.
• Strong leadership and data accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee international payroll processes and resolve issues.
• Coach and develop the payroll team.
• Ensure payroll tax compliance and respond to notices and audits.
• Maintain accurate payroll and expatriate employee tax data.
• Manage third‑party payroll vendors and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements for complex payroll scenarios.
