Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of payroll work experience including multi-site/state processing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local withholding rules and payroll taxation.
• Bachelor's degree required; FPC or CPP certification desired.
• Experience with Paycom or other payroll software; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for multiple entities across different states.
• Review payroll documentation for accuracy and make adjustments.
• Obtain approvals from site directors or executive staff.
• Communicate with Human Resources and Finance teams.
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports for management.
