Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or HR or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of payroll or accounting/financial duties or related office experience.
• Experience with Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking and ADP Smart Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and audit payroll for multiple pay groups per NU policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate payroll records to ensure on-time pay and customer satisfaction.
• Answer employee and management questions regarding payroll and related matters.
• Audit payroll reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Settle payrolls and on-demand checks and verify funding in ADP Smart Compliance.
