The Global Payroll Specialist will be responsible for managing payroll processes for our international workforce, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations while supporting the overall HR function. This role plays a crucial part in delivering accurate and timely payroll services, including tax reporting and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payroll for employees across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll tax reports and payments in accordance with local tax authorities.
• Collaborate with HR to administer and manage benefit plans, retirement plans, and compensation management.
• Provide guidance and support regarding payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws and tax regulations that may impact payroll operations.
