Progressive Leasing is seeking a Payroll and People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team. This role supports payroll across the PROG Holdings family and ensures accurate, timely payroll processing.

Remote within the United States is possible, with preference for Mountain or Central time zones. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to own payroll execution, automate processes, and drive improvements using AI tools.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing in a multi-state environment.
• Proficient with Workday Payroll (required) and equity/stock-based payroll a plus.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state/local payroll tax requirements.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with high accuracy.
• Experience using AI tools to improve payroll workflows.

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit payroll results for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain payroll records per federal, state, and local requirements.
• Support compliance reporting and year-end activities.
