This position offers remote work within the United States, and candidates who work in the Mountain or Central time zones are preferred. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing and be comfortable in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll.
• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Support year-end activities such as W-2 processing.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries professionally.
