Progressive Leasing is seeking a Payroll and People Operations Analyst to join our People Operations team, supporting payroll operations across the PROG Holdings family. The role emphasizes accuracy, deadlines, and automation to improve payroll workflows.

You will collaborate with the Payroll Manager and utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance processing speed and scalability while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax requirements across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Payroll (required) and equity/stock-based payroll is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements; IRS Form 941 reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process multi-state payroll accurately and on schedule in Workday.
• Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit payroll results for accuracy and compliance.
