Job summary

Caselle Inc is seeking a Payroll & General Accounting Specialist to support payroll, accounts payable, and general accounting for multi-entity operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years of payroll/AP experience, strong Excel skills, and a detail-oriented approach to managing recurring processes across entities and states. Remote-eligible with preference for Provo, UT area.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in payroll, accounts payable, or related accounting functions.
• Experience supporting payroll and/or accounts payable for multiple entities, departments, or business units, including multi-state environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data reconciliation.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional, helpful, and responsive approach.
• Ability to independently manage recurring responsibilities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process payroll accurately and timely.
• Review and validate timesheets, deductions, benefits, and other payroll information.
• Serve as a responsive resource for employees and business partners with payroll questions.
• Research payroll questions and discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and support payroll tax, reporting, reconciliation, and compliance.
