Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join our Finance team and support payroll operations across multiple pay schedules and locations. This remote, full-time role focuses on accuracy, service-minded support, and clear communication with employees and managers.

You will work with data in Excel, Paylocity, and Snappy to ensure timely payroll, handle deductions and corrections, and contribute to a positive employee experience. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with core payroll functions preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-state payroll and schedules.
• Strong communication and data management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for payroll questions for employees and managers.
• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on deadline.
• Maintain employee records in Paylocity and manage incentive programs.
• Prepare regular payroll reports and support compliance.
