Job summary

Noridian Healthcare Solutions, LLC seeks a Payroll Analyst to manage accurate, timely payroll processing and reconciliation for the company and affiliated entities. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, handle employee inquiries, and collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain payroll controls.

The role supports remote work eligibility and requires adherence to privacy and internal controls while coordinating with external partners as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in Payroll/Accounting.
• Payroll experience in a regulated environment preferred.
• CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile employee payroll accurately and timely in compliance with regulations.
• Collect, review, and maintain payroll data for hires, changes, and terminations.
• Perform payroll adjustments for deductions, benefits, and garnishments.
• Prepare payroll journal entries and support vendor payments.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and support audits while maintaining confidentiality.
