Job summary

Cambium is seeking an organized, detail‑oriented accounting professional to manage US payroll through ADP/TriNet and lead AP/purchasing in Ramp. You will own vendor master data, code invoices, and ensure accurate GL postings while building procedures for a growing finance team.

The role offers potential progression toward general ledger and month‑end close responsibilities as the accounting function scales. Remote options available with travel to sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined payroll and accounts payable experience.
• Direct experience running payroll in a third‑party platform is required.
• Experience with multi‑state payroll and PEO vs direct-provider models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll end to end for US entities via ADP/TriNet.
• Own accounts payable and purchasing operations in Ramp.
• Code vendor invoices and ensure PO‑to‑invoice accuracy.
• Maintain vendor master data and prepare payment runs.
• Document and test desktop procedures and checklists for the team.
• Assist with audit schedules and vendor screening documentation.
