Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related diploma preferred.
• 2+ years of full-cycle payroll and accounts payable experience for 250+ employees.
• Familiarity with California payroll and HR regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Experience with Paycor, Paychex, QuickBooks Online or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, mileage, expenses, and premiums.
• Handle accounts payable: invoices, documentation, approvals, and vendor communication.
• Prepare payroll/AP reports and reconciliation across multiple systems.
• Maintain payroll/vendor records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Support CalSavers administration and wage withholding orders.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on audits and year-end tasks.
