Qualifications

• 5–7 years of revenue cycle experience in healthcare.
• Managed care contracting experience.
• Hospital or physician revenue cycle experience.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience using AI to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Attend and present in provider partner meetings with executive leadership.
• Take notes and document meeting discussions and deliverables.
• Coordinate follow-ups and act as the contact among EHP departments.
• Maintain client rounding documents for EHP leadership.
• Collaborate with Contract Management and Providers to build a master contract matrix.
• Develop and maintain a rolodex of payor contacts across markets.
• Own standardized payor/provider presentations.
• Interface with colleagues to capture issues as they arise.
• Work independently to ensure Revenue Cycle operations run efficiently.
• Suggest and implement best-practice Revenue Cycle processes.
• Support client and leadership reporting needs and analysis.
