Capitol Imaging Services is seeking a Payor Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to support enrollment across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors for multiple radiology sites. This fully remote role collaborates with billing, revenue cycle, and leadership to address denials and ensure timely reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare payor enrollment, credentialing or revenue cycle operations; radiology or imaging background preferred.
• 5+ years of provider enrollment or credentialing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial enrollment processes.
• Ability to analyze denial trends and implement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment workflows to ensure timely payer participation and clean claims.
• Research and resolve enrollment-driven denials and delays.
• Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payors.
• Maintain credentialing files and track expiration dates.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle to address reimbursement issues.
• Monitor payer portals and ensure accurate enrollment data.
