Qualifications

• Ability to research denial trends and resolve reimbursement delays.
• Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines remotely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enrollment workflows supporting payer participation and timely setup.
• Research and resolve enrollment denials, non-payment, and effective-date issues.
• Develop solutions to prevent credentialing and enrollment problems.
• Convert denial trends into enrollment workflows and SOPs.
• Follow up with payors to resolve missing documentation and deficiencies.
• Monitor accounts receivable related to enrollment and credentialing barriers.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle teams to reduce AR delays.
