Job summary

Imagen Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist to support payer enrollment for our providers, including radiologists, cardiologists, and optometrists. You will keep provider files organized and deadlines on track within our credentialing workflows.

This is a remote-friendly, 2-month contract with potential extension. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs and internal teams to ensure timely submission and accurate documentation across commercial,

Qualifications

• Experience with payer enrollment and credentialing; training in a radiology setting is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organized documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with providers and payers.
• Familiar with CAQH and credentialing platforms such as Modio.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit credentialing and payer enrollment applications for Imagen providers.
• Review documentation against payer requirements to ensure completeness.
• Enter and maintain provider information in CAQH and internal databases.
• Track status with payers and providers, and follow up on missing items.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs on timelines and requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Pull records for audits and ensure audit readiness.
