Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of payment processing experience.
• Experience reviewing contracts and setting up payees and budgets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and set up payees and budget schedules per contract terms.
• Initiate site payments according to policies.
• Process payments for visits, milestones, and reimbursements per GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
• Route payments for approval and respond to payment queries.
• Maintain data in databases and organize payment documentation.
• Coordinate record management and reporting requirements.
