Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Payments Product Director to guide revenue growth in the Treasury Management segment and expand market penetration. You will lead collaborations with sales, service, and marketing to position TM solutions effectively and drive adoption across healthcare clients.

In this role, you will oversee development of collateral, customer demos, and targeted campaigns, while mentoring a cross-functional team and aligning product strategy with market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of Merchant Services experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes expertise to build segments knowledge of how customers adopt TM products and services.
• Manages relationships with sales and service to support segment sales and marketing.
• Analyzes customer adoption patterns to create efficient solutions.
• Coordinates with marketing to develop and publish case studies and collateral.
• Leads the development and use of Use Audits to uncover opportunities and train staff.
