Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Payments Product Director to lead revenue growth in the Treasury Management segment, focusing on healthcare. You will guide product adoption, manage sales and service relationships, and develop compelling collateral and demos to accelerate deal velocity.

You will shape market positioning, coordinate with marketing, and drive targeted campaigns while training sales teams on differentiating Huntington's TM solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years of merchant services experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing a diverse team; leadership required.
• Master's degree preferred; CTP or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guides revenue growth of Treasury Management in the healthcare segment.
• Builds segment knowledge and advocates for TM product adoption.
• Manages relationships with sales and service to support segment sales.
• Analyzes customer adoption patterns to create efficient solutions.
• Develops market-based positioning and go-to-market tactics.
• Creates collateral, proposals and conducts customer demos/webinars.
• Coordinates with marketing for case studies and collateral.
• Leads targeted marketing campaigns and uses Use Audits to uncover opportunities.
• Trains sales and service staff on positioning solutions.
