Centene Corporation is seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead large scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction and compliance. The role focuses on aligning policy, process and technology and delivering end-to-end process improvements.

The candidate will develop business cases, organize teams, and drive consensus while leveraging IT tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Microsoft Project.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred
• 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required
• Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required

• Assists business case development to assess opportunities, risks and ROI.
• Facilitates alignment of policy, process and technology for future business needs.
• Organizes work teams, drives consensus, and ensures end-to-end process integrity.
• Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, and procedures to execute initiatives.
• Supports projects using Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
• Mentors staff across levels to support success and effective completion of initiatives.
• Writes and delivers communications to ensure awareness and effectiveness of process improvements.
