Centene Corporation is seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives that improve performance, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, and compliance.

The role requires guiding policy and process alignment, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering end-to-end project results. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in health care or insurance are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required.
• Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement and ROI.
• Assist business case development and ROI assessment for assigned initiatives.
• Facilitate alignment of policy, process and technology for future business needs.
• Organize work teams, establish a project plan, and drive execution with end-to-end policy/process integrity.
• Perform detailed analysis of data, workflows, and staff to identify solutions.
• Support project work using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and MS Project.
• Communicate with all levels of staff to ensure awareness and effectiveness of initiatives.
