Job summary

You will organize work teams, drive consensus, map processes, perform detailed data and policy analysis, and oversee end-to-end implementation with clear communication across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required.
• Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within the operating plan.
• Assist business case development and assess opportunities, risks and ROI.
• Facilitate policy/process alignment and design/implementation for future needs.
• Organize work teams, drive consensus and ensure end-to-end process integrity.
• Perform detailed data/workflow analyses and document recommendations.
