Job summary

Centene is seeking a Business Process Consultant to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, develop business cases, and optimize alignment of policy, process, and technology to drive performance and compliance. You will organize teams, drive consensus, and oversee end-to-end project execution across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years in health care or insurance, and experience in training, presenting, and facilitating, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required.
• Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years health care, insurance or related experience required.
• Demonstrated experience and skill in training, presenting and facilitating required.

Responsibilities

• Leads large scale, cross-functional initiatives to drive performance improvement, financial gains, customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Assists in business case development and opportunity assessment including risks and ROI.
• Organizes work teams, builds consensus, and manages end-to-end policy/process integrity from planning to implementation.
• Writes and delivers communications to all levels to ensure support and awareness of process improvements.
