Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare cash posting experience in hospital, practice or revenue cycle.
• Experience posting payments from ERA/835 files and EOBs.
• Proficient in Excel for reconciliation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Post payments, adjustments, denials, and refunds from ERA/835 files.
• Manually post payments from remittance advices, EOBs, and correspondence.
• Post payments from mailed checks and reconcile batches to deposits.
• Balance daily cash posting activity and resolve variances before close.
• Research and correct posting errors, unidentified payments, and unapplied cash.
• Maintain posting productivity and accuracy to meet deadlines.
