Qualifications

• BS/BA or advanced degree preferred in health care or medical field.
• 3 years health plan experience or 3 years medical coding required.
• Experience in reimbursement policy or technical writing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research & assessment of internal payment policies & payment solutions to identify cost savings.
• Determine strategies or solutions such as policy development, authorization criteria, contract strategy, or claims editing.
• Establish relationships with stakeholders to deliver payment initiatives and policy development.
