Job summary

Aledade PBC is hiring for a Data Quality & Program Manager to triage payer data feeds, coordinate audits, and resolve ingestion issues. You will collaborate with internal teams and payers to drive data reliability in a remote-first environment.

You will communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional data initiatives from discovery to implementation within a public health-focused organization.

Qualifications

• Maintain SOPs for data issue triage and clinical ingestion troubleshooting.
• Coordinate clinical quality submission audits and maintain contract metadata.
• Communicate complex data findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve data quality issues across 1,200+ payer data feeds.
• Coordinate audits and data ingestion workflows through implementation.
• Investigate and resolve manual care gap upload failures.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives from discovery through implementation.
