Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a Payer Data Operations Analyst to ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability across payer data pipelines. You will resolve complex data issues, build monitoring solutions, and partner with internal teams and payers to improve end-to-end data integrity.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, program management, and proactive data stewardship in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in data operations or related technical roles.
• Intermediate SQL programming experience.
• Experience with data warehouses, BI tools, file-transfer systems, and workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, and resolve data quality issues across 1,200+ payer data feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and payer partners to investigate data issues.
• Maintain SOPs for data issue triage and PSV audits.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives from discovery through implementation.
