Job summary

Aledade is seeking a Payer Data Operations Analyst to ensure data quality and reliability across payer data pipelines. You will lead cross-functional efforts with Payer Solutions, Product, Engineering, and Field Operations, while resolving complex data issues and improving ingestion reliability.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, data governance, and collaboration with payers to optimize contract performance and patient care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field.
• 4+ years in data operations, analytics, or related roles in healthcare or SaaS.
• Intermediate SQL programming experience.
• Experience with data warehouses and BI tools.
• Ability to trace data flows across systems to find root causes.
• Strong ability to communicate technical insights to varied stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Triage, route, and resolve data quality issues across 1,200+ payer feeds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and payers to fix data challenges and delays.
• Coordinate audits and manage documentation with the Quality Reporting team.
• Maintain contract metadata for seamless downstream data integration.
• Lead cross-functional data initiatives from discovery to implementation.
