Job summary

Aledade PBC is seeking a data triage and operations professional to manage data quality across 1,200+ payer feeds, collaborate with payers, and support downstream data integration. You will coordinate audits, maintain contract metadata, and improve data ingestion reliability across teams.

As a cross-functional contributor, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Field Operations to map workflows, drive data initiatives, and communicate complex data insights to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in data operations or analytics in healthcare, SaaS or related fields.
• Intermediate SQL and data platform fluency essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, triage, route, and resolve data quality issues across 1,200+ payer data feeds.
• Coordinate with payers and internal teams to address broken SFTP connections and delivery delays.
• Coordinate clinical quality submission audits with payers and internal teams; manage audit documentation and locate clinical evidence.
• Maintain accurate contract metadata to ensure seamless downstream data integration into reporting and product platforms.
• Investigate and resolve manual data ingestion failures to ensure data accuracy.
