Job summary

The position requires healthcare experience and a strong internet connection for home-based work, with standard Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year related experience in healthcare or equivalent.
• Education may substitute for experience.
• Remote work requires high-speed internet (60 Mbps down / 10 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients for insurance coverage and assistance programs.
• Re-verify benefits and obtain authorization after treatment plan.
• Obtain medical evidence and required documentation for eligibility.
• Complete and file applications and follow up with agencies.
• Enter insurance and demographic data; document progress notes.
• Participate in ongoing training and support office functions.
• May perform field visits as needed.
