Job summary

Brightree by ResMed is seeking a Patient Success Representative to support patients from a fully remote home office. You will handle outbound calls, help patients place orders, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining high service standards.

A HIPAA-conscious environment is required and training occurs on a fixed schedule. Qualified applicants will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, with strong verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Create and submit patient orders, accurately update accounts, and manage multiple systems.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve patient and order-related issues.
