Water's Edge Dermatology is seeking a Patient Services Representative to act as a liaison between the practice and current and prospective patients. This full-time, remote-friendly role supports scheduling, inquiries, and data entry while maintaining service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of Medical Reception or high-volume call experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between Water's Edge Dermatology and customers, answering inquiries and fulfilling requests.
• Determines client requirements by answering calls, interviewing patients and verifying information.
• Maintains call center database and records of all conversations.
• Explains procedures and provides information to clients; escalates unresolved issues as needed.
• Meets personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
