Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone system with focus on patient satisfaction and first-call resolution.
• Verify and enter patient demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Assist with scheduling, registration, billing inquiries, and claim status.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure correct exams, physicians, and timeslots.
• Handle emails and online inquiries and follow up on unpaid balances.
• Provide guidance on parking, directions, and appointment preparation.
