This role emphasizes privacy, accuracy in reporting, and collaboration with the healthcare team to maintain a compassionate, safe environment for patients.

Formación

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 7 days of employment start date

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patients from a remote station to protect those at risk for falls, injury or self-harm
• Identify risks and promptly alert the care team to intervene and safeguard patients
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy during the shift
• Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality at all times
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote compassion, respect, and teamwork

Educación

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
