Job summary

Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals, part of Medical City Healthcare, is seeking a Patient Safety Attendant for a full-time remote position. You will monitor patients from a remote station to prevent falls and injuries, while safeguarding privacy and communicating concerns in real time.

You will work with the care team to respond quickly and support compassionate care, with emphasis on safety, dignity, and teamwork across shifts. This role offers a flexible remote setup and integrated benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, or Satori Alternatives Manag Aggr must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• Previous healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being
• Identifying risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alerting the care team to intervene quickly and protect patients
• Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift
• Honoring patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork
