Responsibilities include identifying risks, notifying the care team, documenting changes, and collaborating with staff, while maintaining high standards of compassion and teamwork in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsabilités

• Watch patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Identify risks such as falls or self-harm and promptly alert the care team to intervene quickly.
• Document patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout your shift.
• Honor patient privacy by safeguarding confidential information at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to foster a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.
