Job summary

Novant Health in Winston-Salem seeks an experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to lead the department’s billing and collections activities. You will oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure accuracy and timely reimbursement across clinical and physician services.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, issue resolution with payers, dashboard management, and staff development to sustain long-term growth and performance. Remote work opportunities exist in approved states.

Qualifications

• Five or more years' Revenue Cycle, Customer Service or related experience.
• Three or more years' Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle processes for the organization and related departments.
• Provide leadership and daily support to maintain quality and productivity.
• Assist with annual department budget preparation and performance reviews.
• Coordinate resolution of escalated issues and liaise with third-party carriers and vendors.
• Develop staff programs, training, and retention plans and mentor future growth.
