Qualifications

• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls throughout the day.
• Ability to handle objections, rejection, and challenging conversations.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
• Identify interest, understand needs, and determine appropriate next steps.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, follow-up notes, and outcomes.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to track outreach activity and lead progress.
• Meet daily and weekly call activity targets and work toward booking appointments or conversions.
